юр., торг. ответственность за долю рынка*, ответственность на основе доли рынка* (форма ответственности за продукт, возникающая в случае, когда невозможно определить, кем произведен продукт, ставший причиной нанесения ущерба потребителю, и подразумевающая, что все производители, присутствующие на рынке, должны совместно нести обязательства по компенсации ущерба пропорционально их доле на рынке; напр., если потребитель не может определить, какой компанией была поставлена попавшая к нему упаковка некачественных медикаментов, то ответственность за нанесенный ущерб будет распределена между всеми производителями таких медикаментов)
